National Heart, Lung, And Blood Institute: The NHLBI provides extensive support for postdoctoral training in a wide variety of research disciplines related to cardiovascular, pulmonary, and hematologic health and disease, sleep disorders, and transfusion medicine.

The Association of Public Health Laboratories: The Emerging Infectious Diseases (EID) Laboratory Fellowship provides opportunities for doctoral level scientists to conduct high priority infectious disease research in Public Health Laboratories.
